• As pastor of ministers, I communicate with the team weekly through email huddles, text messages, and/or phone calls to help us all stay informed, encouraged, and equipped to serve.
• I’m also blessed to serve the intercessors by providing pastoral oversight through weekly intercessory prayer on Zoom and by giving direction in developing as a strong prayer team.

It’s a joy to work with the staff as we care for our West family. I’m equally excited about Reimagining with the ministers and intercessors as we explore this “year of possibilities” together.
