The purpose of our Volunteer Ministry is to place the right people in the right places for the right reasons. Just as the human body cannot function properly unless each element does its part, so the Body of Christ, the Church, cannot function as God intended without each believer doing his or her part. 1 Corinthians 12 shows us that we all have a place to serve in the church and that we all play a vital role in the body of Christ. We have a variety of ministries that encompass many different talents and passions. So whatever your talents and passions are we have a place for you.

Nursery Ministry - Our commitment is to serve the parents of LLCF West by providing a safe nurturing environment for their babies and toddlers. We feel that for every 2 infants or 3-4 toddlers there should be one adult. Click here to Volunteer
Children's Ministry - Our commitment and mission is to develop children who know the fear of the Lord and who walk in the will of God. Children’s services are offered the 1st through 4th Sunday’s of the month. On the 5th Sunday of the month children are invited to attend the main church service with their parents. After children’s praise and worship, we break up into age appropriate groups (3-5 years, 6-9 years and 10-12 years) to receive Bible teaching from our awesome Sunday school teachers. This is not a baby sitting service, our children leave Sunday school each week with a lesson that they can apply to their lives and the lives of those around them. Click here to Volunteer
Youth Ministry - Our commitment is to provide a loving environment where young people can experience the love of Christ through, praise, worship, fellowship, events/outings, and mentorship. They will develop Godly principles, discover their gifts and understand their authority in Christ Jesus. Click here to Volunteer
Hospitality Ministry - Our commitment is to nurture fellowship, to reach out and share warmth to our church family after Sunday morning services and at special events. Click here to Volunteer
Greeter Ministry - Our commitment and desire is for you to know that you have been in the presence of Jesus when you come through the doors at LLCF West. Our greeters are here to help prepare the hearts of the church body and visitors by welcoming each one with a smile and a warm heart. Click here to Volunteer
Usher Ministry - Our commitment is that at each service we are here to serve the church members, maintain the quality of the worship atmosphere, the flow of the Worship Service, and provide manpower for leadership and assistance to the ministers and congregation. Click here to Volunteer
Worship Ministry - Our commitment is o praise and worship God in spirit and in truth that we may be worthy vessels used by God to usher the congregation into the presence of Jesus so that all may experience His fullness. Audio/Visual Ministry - Our commitment and the purpose of this ministry is to amplify the teaching and worship from the pulpit through audio support and power point. We work with the worship team and Pastor to provide a comfortable atmosphere to minister to the congregation. In addition, we also are responsible for the reproduction of our services on CD’s that are available for purchase for a minimal fee. Click here to Volunteer
Assimilation Ministry - Our commitment is to create an environment that is conducive for plugging people into the church activities and ministries. Our goal is to remove any roadblocks for our guests to experience the heart of God. We strive to ensure that there are pathways where guests and members can get to know the Pastor, learn more about Light & Life West to the end of becoming members and experiencing discipleship.
